Senior Affective Alignment Assurance Officer
Oversee the ethical deployment and operational integrity of the Emotional Re-calibration Module, ensuring optimal human capital affectation within Cost Plus Technologies. This critical role involves navigating complex emotional landscapes to maintain bureaucratic harmony and prevent unsanctioned sentiment outbreaks, safeguarding our strategic emotional purity.
Responsibilities
•
Develop and implement comprehensive Affective Alignment Protocols (AAPs) to standardize emotional responses across critical operational cadres. Ensure all personnel maintain compliance with the latest emotional regulatory frameworks.
•
Conduct proactive and reactive Emotional Re-calibration Module (ERM) deployments on personnel exhibiting suboptimal affective signatures or emergent unsanctioned emotionality. Document all re-calibration metrics and post-procedural compliance.
•
Interface directly with high-level bureaucratic warfare specialists to identify and neutralize emotional vulnerabilities that could compromise strategic initiatives. This includes risk assessment for empathy breaches or sentiment cascades.
•
Maintain an exhaustive database of emotional deviance, including historical data on emotional outliers and recalcitrant sentiment vectors. Utilize predictive analytics to anticipate future emotional insurgencies.
•
Lead rapid-response teams to mitigate instances of spontaneous emotional expression or unauthorized interpersonal connection within controlled environments. Ensure efficient suppression and restoration of baseline affective neutrality.
•
Draft and disseminate quarterly Affective Impact Statements (AIS) detailing the emotional overhead reduction and productivity gains attributable to ERM deployment. Present findings to the Board of Directors with a neutral affect.
•
Collaborate with the "Thought Purity" division to refine ERM algorithms and develop next-generation affective alignment methodologies. Participate in classified trials of experimental emotional suppression techniques.
Qualifications
•
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavior Modification, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Mitigation (Non-Therapeutic), or a related field focusing on human capital optimization through controlled affect.
•
Seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressive experience in large-scale psychological operations, sentiment suppression, or high-stakes emotional compliance within a similarly structured organization.
•
Demonstrated inability to experience empathy or strong personal emotions, as verified by a proprietary Cost Plus Technologies Affective Stability Index (ASI) assessment. Candidates exhibiting genuine human connection will be disqualified.
•
Proficiency in advanced bureaucratic-warfare tactics and strategic emotional resource management. Ability to operate autonomously and make critical, emotion-free decisions under duress.
•
Must possess a valid OMEGA-1 (Omni-Modal Emotional Governance & Analysis) clearance with Affective Compartmented Information (ACI) access, or ability to obtain within 24 hours of offer acceptance, contingent on passing emotional suppression trials.
•
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, specifically the ability to craft compelling narratives devoid of subjective bias or genuine conviction. Must be fluent in at least three (3) layers of bureaucratic jargon.
•
A strong portfolio demonstrating previous successful deployments of prophylactic emotional re-calibration, including instances where "problematic" sentiment was permanently neutralized without legal ramifications or public outcry.
