Director, Prehistoric Asset Neural Integration & Operator Resilience
This pivotal leadership role is responsible for the direct oversight and strategic enhancement of our Neural Interface Command Harness product line. The successful candidate will be instrumental in forging unbreakable, albeit potentially soul-shattering, links between human operators and their re-animated prehistoric combat units. You will navigate the delicate balance between tactical superiority and the inevitable psychological degradation of our elite personnel, ensuring optimal neural synchronization even if it means sacrificing personal sanity for corporate synergy.
Responsibilities
•
Develop and implement cutting-edge consciousness transfer protocols for optimal operator-dinosaur symbiosis, prioritizing tactical efficacy over long-term neural integrity.
•
Oversee daily neural calibration and diagnostic procedures for active combat units, ensuring peak performance despite evidence of operator-reported existential dread.
•
Formulate and execute advanced bio-warfare strategies leveraging the unique capabilities of our re-animated assets, with a focus on cost-effective, high-impact deployment.
•
Interface directly with subject matter experts in paleontology, neurobiology, and ancient curse invocation to refine the Neural Interface Command Harness.
•
Conduct rigorous post-mission psychological evaluations of operators, quantifying their 'spirit retention' percentage and recommending appropriate, often aggressive, debriefing techniques.
•
Identify and mitigate potential ethical ambiguities arising from conscious enslavement of prehistoric life forms and human operators, ensuring compliance with internal, unwritten guidelines.
•
Prepare comprehensive operational readiness reports detailing projected operator burnout rates and replacement schedules for budgetary approval.
Qualifications
•
Minimum 15 years progressive leadership experience in bio-engineered combat integration or advanced necromancy.
•
Demonstrated ability to maintain composure during involuntary physiological transformations or sudden species re-identification.
•
PhD in Theoretical Chrono-Biology, Applied Animatronics, or equivalent life experience involving sentient goo.
•
Must possess an unwavering commitment to corporate objectives, even when those objectives conflict with basic principles of astrophysics, ethics, or personal safety.
•
Ability to interface seamlessly with legacy mainframe systems, contemporary quantum processors, and the primeval consciousness of a Tyrannosaurus Rex.
•
Proven track record of managing high-stress environments, preferably involving imminent geological extinction events or multi-species psychic warfare.
•
Successfully completed the Cost Plus Technologies 'Operator Endurance and Cognitive Dissonance' training module, or equivalent uncertified home study, prior to interview.
