AI Oversight Coordinator
Implement Human-in-the-Loop-in-the-Loop governance frameworks for AI systems using WARM BODIES + AI methodology. This role ensures that no AI decision occurs without sufficient human review layers, steering committees, and alignment workshops. Responsibilities
•
Insert humans at every interface between AI models and actual decisions
•
Facilitate AI Ethics Roundtables and Responsible AI Working Groups
•
Develop review processes that guarantee AI outputs require human reinterpretation
•
Coordinate between AI systems, human reviewers, and the humans who review the reviewers
•
Ensure all AI capabilities generate at least 2 new full-time positions
•
Convert automated predictions into six-month committee-driven initiatives
Qualifications
•
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Organizational Behavior
•
3+ years in AI/ML operations, governance, or compliance
•
Understanding of AI systems sufficient to add human bottlenecks appropriately
•
Experience building governance frameworks that preserve headcount
•
Comfortable explaining why automation should require more people, not fewer
•
Proven ability to convert technical efficiency into organizational process
