Per Diem Augmentation Strategist (Level V: Fiscal Interdiction)

This role commands the critical nexus between operational sustainment and strategic per diem accrual, ensuring maximum bureaucratic advantage while minimizing accountability footprints.
Responsibilities
•
Orchestrate the precise and timely allocation of Per Diem units, ensuring optimal caloric intake and lodging solutions for deployed assets, both real and projected.
•
Develop and implement innovative methodologies for 'creative' expenditure categorization, maximizing reimbursable thresholds without attracting undue audit scrutiny.
•
Interface directly with the Total Awareness Platforms' 'Eyes on Every Dime' module, providing real-time justification for all fiscal disbursements, regardless of actual expenditure.
•
Conduct weekly 'Operational Sustainability' briefings to senior leadership, leveraging proprietary data models to demonstrate unfettered fiscal efficiency, even in budget-constrained scenarios.
•
Lead cross-functional 'Resource Recalibration' task forces focused on identifying and acquiring 'mission-critical' amenities that enhance morale and operational readiness, such as artisanal coffee machines.
•
Maintain stringent compliance with all internal Cost Plus Technologies fiscal directives, which are subject to immediate and retroactive revision without prior notification.
•
Participate in mandatory quarterly 'Ethical Redundancy' training, focusing on the nuanced distinctions between 'strategic financial maneuvering' and 'unauthorized asset reallocation'.
Qualifications
•
Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in advanced fiscal interdiction or highly theoretical budget optimization, preferably within a simulated combat support environment.
•
Possession of a PhD in Applied Econometrics or a verifiable certificate of completion from the Cost Plus Technologies 'Advanced Bureaucratic Combat' program.
•
Demonstrated ability to generate persuasive expenditure reports from incomplete or entirely fabricated data sets, consistently achieving 'Green' status in all fiscal readiness reviews.
•
Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (pre-2007 version preferred for 'legacy system' compatibility) and PowerPoint (for 'impactful' infographic generation).
•
Must hold a current Level IV 'Plausible Deniability' certification and be eligible to upgrade to Level V upon successful completion of the 'Aggressive Ambiguity' module.
•
A proven track record of converting surplus appropriations into 'strategic reserve' funds that materialize only during end-of-fiscal-year spending surges.
•
