Synergy Realization Manager

Responsibilities
•
Identify synergies between unrelated products and organizational functions
•
Facilitate working groups focused on "integration opportunities"
•
Develop business cases for initiatives that combine multiple underperforming efforts
•
Create roadmaps showing how synergies will materialize (eventually)
•
Coordinate stakeholders across organizational boundaries using matrix management
•
Generate executive updates showing continuous progress toward undefined goals
Qualifications
•
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field
•
4+ years in program management, business development, or strategy consulting
•
Exceptional ability to identify synergies that don't actually exist
•
Experience facilitating meetings where participants question why they're attending
•
Proficiency in business frameworks like Balanced Scorecard and OKRs
•
Comfortable in matrix organizations where accountability is distributed to nonexistence
